The Castle's Terms of Services - Important Information Please Read Carefully
All products are as accurately represented online as can be via photographs. As all my products are handmade, there may be slight variations which appear different to those photographed but I work to the highest possible standard to ensure you get the best quality product. The Castle isn’t happy unless customers are happy!
Orders and payment
You can place an order in two ways:
· By visiting the relevant links to the Castle’s WowThankYou shop and ordering via their interface system which only accepts PayPal.
· You can email: firstname.lastname@example.org with all of your requirements for the product(s) you wish to order. Once a sale has been agreed the Castle will send you a PayPal invoice with all the relevant details regarding your order. Only once this invoice has been paid will work commence on your order. I only accept PayPal as a payment method due to the security it gives both the Castle and the customer.
Standard / pre-made items will be posted within 3 working days.
Please allow 7-10 working days for personalised items to be made and posted.
If you require your order before these timescales please get in touch prior to ordering to ensure your order can be honoured and save disappointment.
Postage costs and information
Postage costs are NOT included in any of the prices quoted on the website. This is simply in case the customer wishes to order more than one item at a time.
Indicative postage costs can be seen on the links to the wowthankyou shop but are always in line with Royal Mail costs.
For customer peace of mind, all items are posted 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
If an item is returned to the Castle due to non-collection, the customer will be charged the same postage costs to re-send the item.
If any items are returned by Royal Mail due to not being collected, items will be re-sent for the cost of the additional postage. The Castle takes no responsibility for this postage cost.
As is standard, no personalised products can be refunded.
All orders must be checked thoroughly for any spelling / information mistakes. Refunds will not be offered if there was an error when ordering. If the Castle makes an error then you will of course be sent a replacement item at no extra cost.
If any items are returned by Royal Mail due to not being collected, items will be re-sent for the cost of the additional postage. The Castle takes no responsibility for this postage cost
All items must be in their original condition, a refund or replacement will be offered.
I take your privacy very seriously and will never pass your details on to any third parties or send emails which don’t hide your email address. If you send any photographs to be included in your products, once the item is posted I will then delete your photographs from my hard drive. If you have any concerns at all, please be aware that I have had personal privacy issues in the past and am aware of the impacts of them so rest assured I do everything in my power to keep your information private.
